Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Sinasina-Yongamulg Open seat in the 2017 General Elections as a Papua National Guinea National Party Candidate. Appointed Minister for Petroleum in the Marape-Steven Government and sworn in on 7/06/19, 2nd term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Sinasina-Yongamugl Open seat in the 2012 General Elections as an Independent candidate. Appointed Minister for Justice and Attorney-General in the O'Neill-Dion cabinet after formation of government in August 2012 till decommissioning in June 2014. Appointed Shadow Minister for Justice & Attorney General, Police, CIS & Defence in the Pruaitch led opposition from August 2017 to May 2019.
Tertiary Education: Completed Tertiary Education from University of Papua New Guinea, then Legal Training Institute.
Achievements: Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Papua New Guinea.
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Partner of Posman Kua Aitsi Lawyers and led firm's Commercial Litigation practice
