Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Pomio Open Electorate seat as a Peoples National Congress Party Candidate in the 2017 General Elections. Appointed Minister for Public Service in the O'Neill-Abel Cabinet after the formation of Government, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament in a by Election in May 2015 for the Pomio Open seat following the dismissal of then member, Mr. Paul Tiensten. Chairman of Special Parliamentary Committee on Public Sector Reforms & Service Delivery in the first term/9th Parliament from 2015-2016.

Secondary Education: Palmalud High School
Tertiary Education: Madang Divine Word University
Achievements: Earned a Masters Degree in public administration and masters of leadership in business administration with Divine Word University. Awarded with academic excellence award from Faculty of Business & Informatics in 2015
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Worked as the West Sepik Provincial Health Authority before resigning to contest By-Election 2015
