Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Nipa-Kutubu Open seat in the 2017 General Elections as a member of the People's National Congress Party. Appointed as Deputy Speaker of the 10th National Parliament after a ballot of 57 votes on 22/08/2017, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Nipa-Kutubu Open seat in the 2012 General Elections as a member of the People's National Congress Party. Appointed Chairman of Law & Order Committee, Member of Emergency, Private Business, Public Accounts, Broadcasting of Parliamentary Proceedings, HIV/AIDS Advocacy and Lands & Environment Parliamentary Committees from 2012 until National General Elections for 2017.
Religion: Christianity-United Church
Primary Education: Grade 1-6, Puri Community School, Nipa District (1974-1979)
Secondary Education: Grade 7-10, Nipa High School, Nipa District (1980-1983)
Achievements: Earned his Grade 10 Certificate after completion of High school from Nipa High School. Appointed Chairman of the United Church for Nipa Circuit.
Community Interests: Live peacefully and enjoy services the good Government is providing
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Community Peace Advocate and Chairman of the United Church Circuit.
