Minister for Agriculture and Livestock
Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament as the Member for Maprik Open in the National General Election 2017. Appointed Minister for Agriculture and Livestock in the Marape-Steven Government, sworn in on the 07/06/19 by the Governor General Sir Bob Dadae, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Maprik Open Electorate seat in the 2012 General Elections as a National Alliance Party candidate. Appointed Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee-Chair and Constitutional Laws, Acts and Subordinate Legislation Committee-Deputy Chair in August 2012. Appointed Deputy Speaker of Parliament after the passing of Late Aide Ganase (Former Deputy Speaker) in the O'Neill-Dion Government. Appointed Shadow Minister for Commerce & Industry, Labour & Industrial Relations in the Pruaitch led opposition, he then resigned from the National Alliance Party including the Opposition to join the Government.
Secondary Education: Completed Grade 10 from Maprik High School
Tertiary Education: Attended several Business Study Institutions in Business Studies, Accounting, Banking Studies from UPNG, Bankers College, UOT
