Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Kandrian- Gloucester Open seat in the 2017 General Elections as a Coalition For Reform Party (CFRP) Candidate. Appointed Shadow Minister for National Planning, Monitoring & Rural Development, 2nd Term in this Parliament.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Kandrian-Gloucester Open seat in the 2012 General Elections as a Coalition for Reform Party candidate. Elected Leader of Coalition for Reform Party following 2012 National Elections. Appointed Plans and Estimates Committee-Deputy Chair in August 2012 under the O'Neill-Dion Government.

Primary Education: Completed his Grades 1-6 at ST. Francis Primary School (1976-1981), N.C.D
Secondary Education: Completed his Grades 9-10 at DeLa Salle High. School (1982-1985), N.C.D, then Grades 11-12 at Passam National High Sc. (1986-87)
Tertiary Education: Completed his Tertiary Education at UPNG (1988-1992), then further studies at University of Glasgow, Scotland UK (1996-1997)
Achievements: Earned his Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Papua New Guinea after completing his studies (1988-1992). Obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom after completing his studies (1996-1997).
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Secretary of the Department of National Planning and Monitoring (2008-2010)
