Past: First Elected to 5th National Parliament in 1992 General Elections for the Kavieng Open seat. Appointed member of Appointments Committee, Standing Orders Committee and Public Works Committee-Chairman following general elections in 1992. In October 1995, appointed Constitutional Commission-Chairman to esquire into 7 national issues and report back to the Speaker of Parliament by 30 June 1996.
