Current: Re-elected to the 10th National Parliament for the Southern Highlands Provincial seat in the 2017 General Elections as a Peoples National Congress Party candidate; resigned from the People's National Congress Party on 26th April 2019 and joined PANGU Party on 25th May 2020. Appointed Deputy Chairman of Appointments Committee; Deputy Chairman of Legislation Committee; Deputy Chairman of Emergency; a Member of Private Business; Privileges; Public Accounts; Constitutional Laws and Acts and Subordinate and Legislation and Public Sector Reforms & Service Delivery Parliamentary Committees under the Marape-Steven Government.
Past: First elected to the 9th National Parliament for the Southern Highlands Provincial seat in the 2012 General Elections as a People`s National Congress Party candidate. Governor for Southern Highlands Province 2012-2017, appointed Chairman of the B-Partisan Committee on Bougainville Affairs, Deputy Chairman of the Appointments and Legislation Parliamentary Committees, and member of the Public Accounts Permanent Parliamentary Committees under the O'Neill-Abel Government from August 2017- April 2019.
Primary Education: Completed Primary Education from Semin Community School, Gr1-6 (1977 to 1982)
Secondary Education: Completed Secondary Education from Nipa High School (1983-1986) and St Fidelis College, (1987-1989) Madang .
Tertiary Education: Completed Tertiary Education from Waikato University, New Zealand (1995-1996), University of Papua New Guinea (1990-1993)
Achievements: Awarded a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Waikato University, New Zealand from 1997. Earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Papua New Guinea in 1994
Last Occupation Prior to Elections: Public Servant prior to entering politics.
