Functions of the Committee
- The Committee shall be appointed at the commencement of each Parliament and shall consist of Mr Speaker, the Deputy Speaker and other seven Members.
- The functions of the Committee is to consider whether the rules of procedures set out in the Standing Orders serve the best interests of the Parliament and its Members, and what amendments (if any) are desirable, and to make reports and recommendations to Parliament.
- The Committee has powers to act during recess.
- The quorum for a meeting of the Committee is three.
