Functions of the Committee
- The Committee shall be established at the commencement of each Parliament and for the purposes of consulting with the National Executive Council before any budget or appropriation is prepared for submission to the Parliament, in accordance with Section 209 (3) of the Constitution.
- The Committee shall consist of seven Members.
- The quorum of the Committee shall be three.
