Functions of the Committee

1. The Committee shall be appointed at the commencement of each Parliament.
2. The Committee shall consist of seven Members.
3. The Committee’s functions are;
   • To consider matters concerning economic affairs and development referred to it by Parliament.
   • To assess and review the administration of the economy with regards to the implementation of the particular government policy
   • To investigate and report on such other related matters as the Committee considers appropriate.
4. The quorum of the Committee is three.
